How long will my KOUCH take to deliver?

With our reliable delivery service, you can sit back, relax, and look forward to your KOUCH arrival. Delivery will be made within 4 weeks of order confirmation. If you need it in a hurry we can offer our express delivery service at an additional cost. Please contact our customer care team on customerservice@kouch.uk

Is my KOUCH made for me?

Yes! Every KOUCH is handmade to order here in the UK. Each KOUCH is tailored to your unique preferences, complementing your living space and lifestyle. We believe in creating furniture that stands the test of time. With master craftsmanship at the helm, you can rest easy knowing your KOUCH modular sofa is built to last. 

Where is my KOUCH made?

KOUCH is made by our talented craftsmen and women at Conker Bespoke Furniture right in the UK Centre of Excellence for Upholstery – Long Eaton.

Is my KOUCH easy to assemble?

It is! We designed our KOUCH modular furniture system with your convenience in mind. Assembling our pieces is a breeze, and you don’t need to be a DIY expert to do it. KOUCH utilises a simple “slot in” male/female bracket system, constructed of high-quality, durable, weatherproof powder-coated steel.

How is my KOUCH delivered?

KOUCH offers a “White Glove” delivery service, delivered, and installed in your room of choice with all packaging materials removed. 

How can I access delivery services through KOUCH’s partners?

At KOUCH, your satisfaction is our priority, and that includes ensuring your furniture arrives safely and efficiently. By partnering with reliable delivery experts, we can offer you the convenience and peace of mind you deserve throughout your KOUCH journey.

Once you’ve purchased your desired KOUCH furniture, you will receive an order confirmation containing your delivery information.  You will then be contacted by our delivery team where you will be guided through the straightforward process to arrange the delivery tailored to your needs.

Can I track my KOUCH delivery status?

Absolutely! Once you’ve arranged your delivery with our delivery team, you will receive tracking information to monitor your order’s progress. This way, you’ll know exactly when your beautiful new KOUCH furniture will arrive.

What if I encounter issues with the delivery service?

While we strive to ensure a smooth delivery process, unforeseen circumstances can arise. In the unlikely event of any issues or concerns with the delivery, our team is dedicated to promptly addressing and resolving them to your satisfaction. Can I arrange for a specific delivery date or time slot?

Can I return or exchange my furniture if delivery issues arise?

In case of any concerns related to the delivery or condition of your KOUCH furniture upon arrival, our customer support team is here to assist you. We’ll work with our team to find the right solution to ensure your satisfaction.

Can I get my KOUCH delivered outside the UK?

While KOUCH doesn’t offer international deliveries directly, we’ve still got you covered! KOUCH will deliver to your choice of address in mainland UK, where you agree to take responsibility of its onward delivery to your chosen destination by your choice of 3rd party service provider. To help to arrange delivery outside of the UK, please contact our customer services team on 01158 222333 or email customerservice@kouch.uk who will be happy to discuss this with you.

What if my KOUCH arrives damaged?

All our deliveries are made by our experienced team, who take the greatest care to ensure your KOUCH arrives in pristine condition. If you have any concerns about your KOUCH, please contact our customer services team on 01158 222333 or customerservice@kouch.uk within 24 hours of delivery. This will enable us to offer you the support you need as quickly as possible. Please also refer to our helpful T&Cs here

Will I need help moving my KOUCH?

All KOUCH furniture is designed to be lightweight and easy to manoeuvre.  Each piece is boxed separately the weights (kgs) and dimensions (cm) of each box is:

  • Cube: 70w x 70d x 70h – 15kgs
  • Back:  70w x 20d x 65h – 8kgs
  • Arm: 23w x 80d x 53h – 7kgs
  • Corner Back: 92w x 20d x 65h – 10kgs

Can I add extra bits to extend/change my KOUCH?

Will my KOUCH fit?
